Step back in time to a whimsical 1950's era with Love Notes by Lindsay Wilkes from The Cottage Mama.

This fabric was inspired by my families deep love of music. Whether it's playing an instrument, singing, dancing or simply listening to music, music plays an important role in our lives! Five of the six of us play multiple different instruments such as piano, clarinet, percussion, guitar, tuba and more! And our son doesn't play any instruments, but he loves listening to music. The main print (as well as border print) features sweet animals playing different musical instruments. The accompanying prints feature music notes, song birds, a sweet plaid, several florals and a text print with the lyrics to 'Bushel and a Peck' from the musical guys and dolls. Bushel and a Peck is a song that I sang to all four of my children and my youngest, Josephine, still asks me to sing it to her. I hope you all love this collection as much as I loved designing it!
