Payment Accepted: PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout
Payment is due upon purchase. Please make every effort to pay as soon as possible.
It is possible to pay with Paypal without signing up for a Paypal account. Choose the Paypal payment option upon checkout. Then click the Pay Now button and you will be able to scroll down and choose to pay with a debit or credit card. Or you can simply pay by credit card by using the Etsy Direct Checkout.
Shipping from United States
Payment must be received prior to shipping.
Shipping is USPS 1st Class, unless you have ordered more than four patterns and then they will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Domestic pattern orders are shipped within 3-4 days of ordering and international pattern orders ship within 1 week or ordering. Books ship via USPS flat rate envelope and fabric ships via USPS 1st Class or Parcel Post, depending on the weight.
**If you are paying using Paypal, please make sure your Paypal shipping address matches your Etsy shipping address. All packages ship via Paypal address listed, unless you have paid by credit card. The Cottage Mama is not responsible for un-matched Paypal and Etsy shipping addresses.**
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
No returns will be accepted on sewing patterns, books or fabric unless merchandise is damaged upon arrival and we are contacted within 3 business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. PDF patterns are not eligible for returns. Duplicate pattern orders are also not refundable. Please pay careful attention when ordering to ensure you are not purchasing a pattern you already own.
